Oak Ridge - Beachfield Daufuskie Island

This 500-acre Dafuskie Island oceanfront community only began selling home sites within the last five years, and on a very limited basis. Presently, there are 18 oceanfront home sites, with approximately the same number of second- and third-row sites, creating a total of 55 home sites. Beachfield, an 85-acre subdivision of Oakridge, is under construction and will feature 150 home sites in a tightly knit beach-oriented community complete with common area parks, walking trails and an impressive beachfront pool complex.
