Webb Tract Daufuskie Island

The Webb Tract on Daufuskie Island has more than 1.7 miles of frontage along the Cooper River (the Intracoastal Waterway) and the marshes of the Ramshorn Creek.  The tract is irregularly shaped and features a total developable area of approximately 753 acres.  Within the 753 acres are a designated number of wetland areas, which include interior marshes.

The orientation of the land along the coastline offers spectacular vistas over the Intracoastal Waterway and beyond to expansive stretches of salt-water marshes.  This dramatic view to the west will remain virtually untouched by development because South Carolina salt-water marshes are protected from alteration and construction.

As the last major undeveloped parcel of land with Intracoastal Waterway frontage on the Island, the Webb Tract is a unique opportunity for development on Daufuskie Island.  No one is more intimately familiar with the land, opportunity, and development plans than The Daufuskie Company.
