Charles L. Cauthen

| Charles has been a resident of Sea Pines Plantation since 1973 and is a graduate of The Citadel. He has been involved with the development of Daufuskie Island since 1978, when his investor group purchased nearly half of the Island. Charles is the “glue” that holds the team together. He has an extensive knowledge about real estate, and oversees all corporate operations A true visionary, Charles has helped to mold Daufuskie into what it is today and offers the inspiration and guidance as to what it will become in the future. |

Aaron R. Crosby
| Aaron has a special tie to Daufuskie Island, having met his wife there in 1994. He and his family are now full-time residents, thus giving Aaron special insight into how this wonderful island is evolving for its residents and for the communities that surround the island such as Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, South Carolina. Aaron first started working with Charles in 1996, helping to develop plans for a proposed town center on Daufuskie Island, and he formally joined The Daufuskie Company in 2001. In addition to his experiences with The Daufuskie Company, Aaron obtained 7 years of real estate development experience with several companies including the Marriott Corporation. It is his belief that the economic future of Daufuskie Island is an important link to maintaining the island’s rich cultural heritage as well as protecting it’s ecological assets. |

Frank L. Conder
Broker & Sales Associate
| Frank resides on Hilton Head Island with his family. His experience is in real estate appraisals, and offers expert advice on our daily real estate transactions. He also assists in the marketing and development of commercial projects and transactions. Frank has been a South Carolina real estate broker since 1973. He has also been a resident and property owner on Hilton Head Island since 1980. Frank specializes in commercial development and sales in the region, with a current emphasis in the Bluffton/Okatee growth corridor. |
